We do require a card to be on file in order to hold all appointments. If you choose not to provide your credit card information, we will not be able to hold your appointment.
All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text, email, and phone call 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least a 24 hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee. If you are unable to cancel within these guidelines, you will be responsible for 100% of the service fee that you were scheduled for. We have this cancelation policy in place for the protection of our lash artists.
